目的观察舒血宁联合低分子肝素钙对进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法应用舒血宁联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死67例,并设对照组59例进行分析。结果舒血宁联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死用药前后神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.01);总有效率92.5%,明显高于对照组的62.7%(P<0.01)。结论舒血宁联合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗死具有明显效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin on progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment of 67 cases of progressive cerebral infarction, and the control group of 59 patients were analyzed. Results Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment of progressive cerebral infarction before and after treatment, neurological deficit scores were significantly lower (P <0.01); the total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group, 62.7% (P <0.01 ). Conclusion Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium treatment of progressive cerebral infarction has a significant effect.
