“壮腰工程”是湖北省以“支点战略”为统领的一元多层次战略体系的重要组成部分,对于推动湖北区域经济协调发展、加快支点建设具有重大意义。荆州市要以此为契机,以工业兴市为重要抓手,通过加快交通设施建设,着力打造荆州大交通;抓好招商引资工作,着力打造荆州大产业;合理规划城市布局,着力打造荆州大城市;整合文化旅游资源,着力打造荆州大旅游,在“壮腰工程”中加快崛起步伐。
“Stronghold Project” is an important part of the multi-level strategic system under the command of “Fulcrum Strategy” in Hubei Province. It is of great significance to promoting the coordinated development of regional economy in Hubei Province and speeding up the construction of the fulcrum. Jingzhou City to take this as an opportunity to industrial prosperity as an important starting point, by accelerating the construction of transport facilities, focus on building Jingzhou major transport; do a good job in attracting investment, focus on building Jingzhou industry; rational planning of urban layout, focus on building Jingzhou City; integration of cultural tourism resources, strive to create Jingzhou tourism, “strong waist project ” to speed up the pace of rise.
