支架内再狭窄是影响经皮冠状动脉介入治疗疗效的主要原因。也是近年来介入心脏病领域最富挑战的难题之一。内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞,具有促进损伤血管内皮修复的功能。利用抗原-抗体结合原理制作的内皮祖细胞捕捉支架,能够迅速修复受损的血管内皮,预防支架内再狭窄。现就其研究进展进行综述。
Stent restenosis is the main reason for the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention. It is also one of the most challenging challenges involved in heart disease in recent years. Endothelial progenitor cells are the precursor cells of vascular endothelial cells and have the function of promoting the repair of injured vascular endothelium. Endothelial progenitor cells produced by the antigen-antibody binding principle capture the scaffold, which can rapidly repair the damaged vascular endothelium and prevent in-stent restenosis. Now on the progress of their research.
