目的探讨产前超声联合诊断胎儿全前脑的价值。方法应用Sequoia 512及GE 730型超声诊断仪对胎儿进行畸形筛查,检出全前脑畸形后观察胎儿颅内结构、颜面部状况以及合并其他部位畸形情况。结果 6154例孕妇检出全前脑畸形9例,其中6例为无叶全前脑,3例为半叶全前脑,9例均合并有不同程度的面部改变,1例合并有脊柱裂,1例合并dandy-walker综合征及单脐动脉,1例合并婴儿型多囊肾,1例合并室间隔缺损。结论胎儿全前脑除具有特征性的脑部改变外,均伴有面部中线结构的对称性改变,三维超声提高了直观、逼真的诊断依据,对二维超声具有重要的补充作用,两者联合检查可提高检查率。
Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal whole forebrain. Methods Sequoia 512 and GE 730 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus for fetus deformity screening was detected after the anterior cerebral anomalies fetal intracranial structure, facial status and other parts of the malformations. Results Among 6154 pregnant women, 9 cases were diagnosed as whole anterior cerebral deformity, 6 cases were non-leaf forebrain, 3 cases were half anterior whole forebrain, 9 cases were combined with varying degrees of facial changes, 1 case complicated with spina bifida, One patient had dandy-walker syndrome and single umbilical artery, one had infantile polycystic kidney disease and one had ventricular septal defect. Conclusion The whole forebrain of the fetus has the characteristic of brain changes except for the changes of the symmetry of the facial midline structure. The three-dimensional ultrasound improves the intuitive and realistic diagnostic basis, and plays an important complementary role in two-dimensional ultrasound. Inspection can improve the inspection rate.
