随着经济全球化和世界一体化的进程不断加快与经济体制改革的继续深化,市场竞争日趋激烈,国外企业不断冲击我国企业。员工是企业最宝贵的资源,提高员工的综合素质,可以让企业获得更多的经济利益。本文针对我国企业员工在培训中出现的一些问题进行分析并提出相关对策以解决我国企业员工培训存在的问题。
With the accelerating process of economic globalization and world integration and the continuous deepening of economic restructuring, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Foreign enterprises continue to attack our enterprises. Employees are the most valuable resources of the enterprise, improve the overall quality of employees, allow enterprises to get more economic benefits. In this paper, some problems that arise in the training of Chinese enterprises staff are analyzed and relevant countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the training of enterprise staff in our country.
