目的探讨栀子柏皮汤不同配伍对栀子苷体内药代动力学的影响。方法将30只SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组6只。分别灌胃含等量栀子苷的栀子苷单体溶液及栀子、栀子-炙甘草、栀子-黄柏、栀子-黄柏-炙甘草汤剂,采用HPLC方法测定给药后不同时间血药浓度,比较药代动力学参数。结果汤剂组AUT及T1/2显著高于栀子苷单体组,栀子-炙甘草、栀子-黄柏及栀子黄柏-炙甘草组T1/2、AUT0-t及AUT0-∞均显著高于栀子组,栀子-黄柏-炙甘草组AUT0-t、AUT0-∞、T1/2、Tmax及Cmax均高于其他组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论栀子柏皮汤药材间相互作用有助于促进栀子苷吸收,从而提高药物生物利用度。
Objective To investigate the effect of different compatibility of Gardenia Bibi Tang on the pharmacokinetics of jasminoidin. Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 rats in each group. Gardenia, Gardenia Zhigancao, Zhizi - cortex Phellodendri, Gardenia - cork - Zhigancao Decoction were dosed with the same amount of gardenoside monomer solution, HPLC method was used to determine the different time Blood concentration, pharmacokinetic parameters were compared. Results AUT and T1 / 2 in decoction group were significantly higher than those in geniposide group. The scores of AUT0-t and AUT0-∞ were significantly higher in Fructus Gardenia-Zhigancao, Zhizi-Phellodendri, Zhizhu Huangbai-Zhigancao group Compared with the Zhizi group, the AUT0-t, AUT0-∞, T1 / 2, Tmax and Cmax of the Zhizi-Treats-Zhigancao group were all higher than those of other groups. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Interaction of Zhizi Bupi Tang herbs can promote the absorption of geniposide and thus improve the bioavailability of drugs.
