4.控制适温子实体生长期,室内温度以23～25℃为理想。若低于18℃,耳结蕊多,展片不良;高温30℃,耳片疏松肉薄,容易烂蒂。春秋季节自然气温适宜,培育室可以整天打开门窗,使气流顺畅,空气新鲜:晚上气温低于18℃时,应关门窗保温。夏季气温高时,长耳期也可把菌袋搬到林荫、地下室、防空洞等阴凉环境中培养,使子实体正常生长。冬末早春气温低,栽培时可用电炉、红外线灯或煤炭火加温采用煤炭火时,要注意通风,排除二氧化碳气体。
