随着新课程的逐步实施,一种以学习小组为基本形式的教学活动和教学策略——“小组合作学习”受到了广大教育工作者的广泛关注,并很快得到推广和运用。现结合我校小组合作学习的成功经验和自己在教学实践中的学习体会,撰写本文,意在和各位教师共同研究、探讨,从而把小组合作学习形式正确运用于课堂教学之中,以实现课堂教学高效化。一、学习小组的组建与分工要有效组织好小组合作学习必须先对学生进行科学分组,并做好组内分工,这是开展好小组合作学习的前提。
