目的 :研究高压氧(HBO)及紫外线辐射和充氧自身血液回输疗法(UBIO)的治疗作用。方法 :40例缺血性脑卒中患者被随机分为常规药物治疗组 ,HBO治疗组及UBIO治疗组 ,观察3种治疗方法对血液流变学 ,血脂及氧自由基水平的影响。结果 :HBO治疗组红细胞变形能力增强(P<0.05) ,纤维蛋白原水平降低 (P<0.05)。UBIO治疗组血小板聚集率及胆固醇水平降低 (P<0.05) ,血浆粘度比纤维蛋白原水平明显降低 (P<0.001)。常规治疗组与HBO治疗组治疗后氧自由基水平差异无显著性 ,UBIO组SOD活力升高 (P<0.05) ,MDA含量明显下降 (P<0.001)。结论 :HBO及UBIO均能降低缺血性脑卒中患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平 ,但HBO在增加红细胞变形能力 ,UBIO在降低血小板聚集性 ,血粘度以及抗氧自由基方面更为突出。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO), ultraviolet radiation and oxygenated autologous blood transfusion (UBIO). Methods: Forty patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into routine drug treatment group, HBO treatment group and UBIO treatment group. The effects of three treatment methods on hemorheology, blood lipid and oxygen free radical were observed. Results: Erythrocyte deformability was increased (P <0.05) and fibrinogen level was decreased in HBO treatment group (P <0.05). UBIO treatment group, platelet aggregation and cholesterol levels decreased (P <0.05), plasma viscosity than fibrinogen levels were significantly lower (P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the levels of oxygen free radicals between the conventional treatment group and the HBO treatment group. The SOD activity in UBIO group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and MDA content was significantly decreased (P <0.001). CONCLUSION: Both HBO and UBIO can reduce plasma fibrinogen levels in ischemic stroke patients. However, HBO can increase erythrocyte deformability and UBIO is more prominent in reducing platelet aggregation, blood viscosity and antioxidant free radicals.
