为了探讨小肽对种公猪精液品质、血液生化指标、免疫指标的影响,试验采用在日粮中添加不同剂量的小肽测定其对种公猪精液品质影响的方法,以赤金蛋白肽为试验材料,选用24头种公猪按品种、年龄、精液量等对等的原则,随机分为3个试验组,每个试验组设8个重复,每个重复1头种公猪。试验1组和试验2组日粮分别含1%、2%小肽,对照组不添加,各处理组营养水平一致,饲养试验为2个月。结果表明:小肽提高了种公猪精子活力,对采精量、精子密度、精子畸形率等没有影响。不同水平的小肽对种公猪血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比、血清尿素氮、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)等指标均无显著影响(P>0.05),以种公猪日粮中添加1%小肽为宜。
In order to explore the effect of small peptides on the semen quality, blood biochemical indexes and immune indexes of boars, the experiment adopted the method of adding different doses of small peptides in the diet to determine their effects on the sperm quality of boars. Materials, selection of 24 species of boars by species, age, semen volume and other equal principles, were randomly divided into three experimental groups, each experimental group with eight replicates, each repeated one species of boar. The test group 1 and group 2 diets contained 1% and 2% of small peptides, respectively, and the control group did not. The nutrition level of each treatment group was the same, and the feeding test was 2 months. The results showed that the small peptides increased the sperm motility of boar and had no effect on the sperm yield, sperm density, sperm deformity and so on. Different levels of small peptides on the boar serum total protein, albumin, globulin, white ball ratio, serum urea nitrogen, IgG, IgA, IgM, etc. There was no significant difference between the two indexes (P> 0.05).
