《少先队活动课程指导纲要(试行)》指出,学校可因地制宜普遍开展少先队活动课。但究竟如何因地制宜,利用地方资源进行具体操作与实施还处于模糊状态,导致学校少先队活动课程校本化实施缺少层次与系统性,学生得不到系统与个性化的发展。针对这一现状,D校依托家乡名人文化资源,通过开发利用环境教育、系列化主题活动等校内外活动内容,探索校本教育课程、网络教育等内容的有效实施途径,使学校少先队活动课程更加符合本地学生的心理与认知。
