目的:建立HPLC法测定至宝三鞭精中马钱苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶48),检测波长为236nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果马钱苷在0.0185~0.738μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984),该制剂中马钱苷的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.99%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于至宝三鞭精中马钱苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of loganin in Zhopanshuipian. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (1:8:4:48) at a detection wavelength of 236 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min on a C18 column by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography Column temperature 40 ℃. Results The loganin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.0185 ~ 0.738μg (r = 0.9984). The average recovery of loganin was 99.9% and the RSD was 0.99% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used to determine the content of loganin in Zhipanshu whip.
