目的 :观察宫清颗粒 (益母草 ,马齿苋 ,蒲黄等 )的活血祛瘀药理作用。方法 :采用优球蛋白溶解试验观察宫清颗粒对大鼠血浆纤溶性的影响 ,采用盐酸肾上腺素造模法观察宫清颗粒对大鼠全血粘度、血浆比粘度、血沉、红细胞压积的影响 ,采用自然出血法、毛细玻管法观察其对小鼠出血时间及对大鼠凝血时间的影响。结果 :该制剂口服具有明显降低肾上腺素造模大鼠全血粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积作用 ;缩短大鼠血浆优球蛋白溶解时间及提高其纤溶活性的作用 ;对小鼠出血时间没有明显影响 ;能缩短大鼠凝血时间。结论 :宫清颗粒具有较强的活血祛瘀作用。
Objective : To observe the pharmacological effects of Gongqing granules (Leonurus chinensis, Portulaca oleracea, Puhuang etc.). Methods: Observed the effect of Gongqing Granule on plasma fibrinolysis in rats by euglobulin dissolution test. Observed the effect of Gongqing Granules on whole blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity, ESR and hematocrit in rats The natural bleeding method and capillary glass tube method were used to observe the effects of the bleeding time on the mice and the clotting time of the rats. RESULTS: The oral administration of the preparation significantly reduced the blood viscosity, plasma specific viscosity and hematocrit effect of adrenaline-producing rats; shortened the time of euglyosin dissolution and increased fibrinolytic activity in rats; No significant effect; can shorten the clotting time in rats. Conclusion : Gongqing granules have a strong blood circulation effect.
