本文通过大量的实验,对粉末法渗硼的渗剂成分的各自作用和相互间的反应做了较为详尽地分析。特别是对 KBF_4(氟硼酸钾)的作用做了重点分析。写出了渗硼过程中渗剂成分间相互反应的化学方程式,并以此为依据提出粉末渗硼的机理。同时揭示了渗硼中产生反常组织(K 型组织)的原因。又在理论研究的基础上归纳出几种适应不同使用条件的最佳粉末渗硼剂的配方。另一方面对渗硼层组织形态的显现与鉴别亦提出些与众不同的看法与做法。
In this paper, through a large number of experiments, the respective roles of the infiltrant components in the powder method for boronizing and their interactions with each other are analyzed in more detail. In particular, the role of KBF_4 (potassium fluoborate) made a key analysis. The chemical equations for the interaction between the components of the permeation agent during the boronization process are written out and the mechanism of boronizing the powder is put forward. At the same time revealed the boron infiltration in the abnormal tissue (K-type tissue) reasons. On the basis of theoretical research, several formulations of the best powder boronizing agent for different application conditions are summarized. On the other hand, the appearance and identification of the boronized layer morphology also put forward some unique views and practices.
