近年来,粉煤燃烧在我国各地工厂大型炼铜反射炉中应用较广,它适用于有色金属冶炼中如粗铜精炼及炼冰铜等。我厂于1958年开始进行铜火法精炼反射炉应用粉煤进行加热,并推广至其它32米~2炉膛面积之大型反射炉,生产实践中证明粉煤燃烧有很多优点:(一)粉煤燃烧具有很高的燃烧效率,在炉子中进行的燃烧过程有40~50%热量是在炉子中直接靠辐射传给铜料。(二)粉煤燃烧时,过剩空气系数较少(一般为1.2~1.3),且燃烧较完全,而一般固体燃料之层状燃烧时过剩空气系数达1.3~1.6,还不能保证完全燃烧。(三)可利用低价值之烟煤,如含水
In recent years, the pulverized coal combustion in our country around the factory large copper refining furnace widely used, it is suitable for non-ferrous metal smelting, such as crude copper refining and refining ice matte.
