虽然多媒体网络教学能使学习变得更加丰富、方便和快捷,但网络学习者的个性、自主学习能力和学习策略等仍从根本上决定着其整体学习效果。因此,教师在充实网络学习内容、加强网络学习管理和指导上多下工夫的同时,更应该多与学生沟通,注重学生的个性差异的调节、自主学习能力的培养和学习策略的完善,使网络教学不仅仅是学生与电脑的对话,更应该充满人性的关怀、疏导与协助,促进学生的智商与情商的共同发展。
