近年来,人们逐渐发觉食用菌具有非常高的营养价值,对于食用菌的需求越来越高,如今中国已经成为了食用菌的生产消费大国。食用菌具有较高营养价值的原因就在于它自身内部含有的成分都是对人们的身体健康有着极大好处的。例如,蛋白质、各种维生素、还有一些微量元素,相对于其他食物来说,食用菌蛋白质含量丰富,脂肪含量低,并且还具有多种氨基酸可共存的特性。食用的口感好,营养丰富,人食用了之后,能够增强免疫力,促进新陈代谢。正是由于食用菌这些优良的特性,拥有了“健康食物”“当代养生食物”等美誉。基于此,以棉子壳、玉米秸、麦秸、豆秸、玉米芯为主料,对金针菇栽培上常用的5个培养料配方进行了比较试验,结果表明:用玉米芯为主料菌丝生长发育品质均最好,感杂率最低;仅产量而言,5个配方产量由高到低依次是:棉子壳、豆秸、玉米芯、玉米秆和麦秸。
In recent years, people gradually find that edible mushrooms have very high nutritional value, and the demand for edible mushrooms is getting higher and higher. Nowadays, China has become a large consumer of edible mushrooms. The reason why edible fungi have high nutritional value is that the ingredients contained in the edible fungi are of great benefit to people’s health. For example, proteins, vitamins, and trace elements, compared with other foods, edible fungi are rich in protein, low in fat, and have a variety of amino acids that can coexist. Food taste good, nutritious, after eating, can enhance immunity and promote metabolism. It is precisely because of these excellent characteristics of edible mushrooms, with the “healthy food ” “contemporary health food ” reputation. Based on this, cotton buds, corn stalks, wheat straw, bean stalks and corn cob were taken as the main materials to compare the five kinds of culture materials commonly used on the cultivation of Flammulina velutipes. The results showed that: The highest developmental qualities and the lowest sense of confusion rate were obtained. The yield of five formulas decreased from high to low in turn, as follows: cotton seed hulls, soybean cobs, corn cobs, corn stalks and wheat straw.
