本文研究了利用工业铝电解槽生产铝钛合金问题,重点讨论了生产铝钛合金用电解质组成以及主要物化性质;计算了电解质各组分的分解电压;讨论了在铝电解槽中生产铝钛合金中,钛的含量限度;讨论了24kA 铝电解槽生产铝钛合金的技术条件与铝钛合金产品的物理检验等情况。
In this paper, the problem of producing aluminum-titanium alloy by using industrial aluminum electrolytic cell was studied. The electrolyte composition and the main physical and chemical properties of aluminum-titanium alloy were discussed. The decomposition voltage of each component of electrolyte was calculated. The production of aluminum-titanium alloy Medium and titanium content limits. The technical conditions of producing aluminum-titanium alloy in 24kA aluminum electrolytic cell and the physical inspection of aluminum-titanium alloy products are discussed.
