体态语言作为特殊的非语言信息,其中包括动作与表情两大基础语言要素。健美操教学的主要方式为肢体运动,在教学过程中添加体态语言,可以有效提高健美操教学效果。通过体态语言可以使教学气氛更加活跃,而且可以提高学生对健美操动作的理解,起到提高师生默契度、激发学习兴趣的效果。在健美操教学过程中,必须重视体态语言教学,通过合理的体态语言教学方式,提高健美操教学质量与效率。
