目的了解漯河市学校传染病防治管理现状,为加强学校传染病监督管理,建立有效监管模式提供对策。方法采用调查表对学校传染病防治管理情况进行调查。结果近三年漯河市中小学校的专职保健教师和学生晨检工作开展情况没有统计学差异;而卫生室设立情况、传染病管理和责任追究制度建立、传染病疫情报告人确立及因病缺课登记工作,这四项工作指标具有统计学差异。结论漯河市中小学校专职保健教师设立和学生晨检工作开展情况合格率均较低,仍需采取改善措施;中小学卫生室设立逐年增加,但仍未达到标准;中小学校传染病防治管理和责任追究制度及传染病疫情报告人确立情况出现逐年下滑现象,因病缺课登记工作亦有下滑趋势。
Objective To understand the current status of prevention and management of infectious diseases in schools in Luohe City and provide measures to strengthen the supervision and management of infectious diseases in schools and establish an effective regulatory model.
