【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to study the differences in nutrient components of different cassava leaf varieties and to provide reference for exploitation and utilization of cassava leaf as feed resource. 【Method】 The contents of crude fat, crude protein, soluble sugar, starch, carotenoid and hydrocyanic acid (HCN) in functional leaves of 8 cassava germplasm (3 wild species and 5 cultivars) were determined and analyzed by Western blotting The expression levels of functional leaf-related proteases (UGPase, GBSSI and Linamarase) were determined. 【Result】 The results showed that the contents of starch, soluble sugar and carrot in the leaves of Manihot cecropiaefolia Phhl were the highest among 8 cassava varieties, 2.5 g / 100 g DW, 30.0 g / 100 g DW and 91.9 mg / 100 g FW , Moderate in protein and HCN content; cultivated species SC9 functional leaf protein and soluble sugar content is medium, HCN content is the lowest, only 167 mg / kg FW. The results of Western blotting showed that the expression of key enzymes UGPase, AGPase and GBSSI in M.cecropiaefolia Phhl was the highest, while the expression of Linamarase, the key enzyme in SCN HCN pathway, was the lowest. The changes of the protein expression levels and related physiological indices Consistent. According to the results of principal component analysis, the cassava germplasm and crude fat content of leaves with higher starch and soluble sugar content were lower; the cassava germplasm with lower soluble sugar, crude protein and carotenoid content had lower HCN content. 【Conclusion】 The comprehensive nutritional value of wild cassava M.cecropiaefolia Phhl fully expanded functional leaves can be considered as the development and utilization of animal and silkworm feed resources. The cultivated species Cassava SC9 fresh leaves have lower HCN content, feed.
