根据岩石Drucker-Prager塑性屈服准则和岩石的力学特性,利用ABAQUS软件建立岩石隧道掘进机(TBM)滚刀破岩的有限元模型,并模拟了滚刀的破岩过程,分析了滚刀破岩机理。模拟结果表明,不同的滚压深度对岩石破碎具有不同的效果。对于所选定的岩石力学参数,当滚压深度为4.8 mm时,岩石出现破碎。这对改进刀盘参数的设计,提高掘进效率具有一定的指导意义。
