1985年出版的美国药典(usp)21版及美国国家处方集(NF)16版共收载眼用药物制剂94种,为世界各国中,收载眼用药物制剂最多的一部药典。其中包括眼膏35种溶液型滴眼液40种眼用溶液剂(临用前将药物溶解成溶液状态的滴眼液)5种。混悬型滴眼液14种(包括1种临用前加入溶媒而成混悬状态的眼用混悬型滴眼液)现将收载的品种列出如下。一、眼膏: 1.单方(20种) 氯化氨基汞硫酸阿托品杆菌肽氯霉素盐酸金霉素地塞米松磷酸钠乳糖酸红霉素硫酸庆大霉素醋酸氢化可的松碘苷
The United States Pharmacopeia (21) and the 16th edition of the United States Pharmacopoeia (NF) version published in 1985 contained 94 ophthalmic pharmaceutical preparations, one of the most widely accepted pharmacopoeias in the world.
