利用OM、SEM和TEM等观察分析了未添加La和添加La的17wt%Cr铁素体不锈钢的组织和第二相;测定了塑性应变比、应变硬化指数和电化学再活化率;确定了热轧再结晶的工艺参数。结果表明,两种合金中的主要第二相均为TiN;添加La后,合金铸态组织中存在柱状晶,热轧再结晶温度降低,塑性应变比得到提高,加工硬化性能和耐晶间腐蚀性能基本不变。
The microstructure and the second phase of 17wt% Cr ferritic stainless steel without addition of La and La were observed by OM, SEM and TEM observation. The plastic strain ratio, strain hardening index and electrochemical reactivation rate were determined. Rolling recrystallization process parameters. The results show that the main second phases of the two alloys are TiN. When La is added, the columnar grains exist in the as-cast alloy, the hot rolling recrystallization temperature decreases, the plastic strain ratio increases, the work hardening and intergranular corrosion resistance The basic performance unchanged.
