随着我国经济的迅速发展,非国有企业不断发展壮大,中小企业已经成为我国社会经济中不可或缺的一部分。中小企业在推动国民经济发展、增加人员就业、安定社会、为国家提供税收等方面发挥重要作用。但是我国企业的内部控制一直是企业经营管理的薄弱环节,尤其是小企业内部控制不利给企业造成很多损失。这种状态必须改变,否则将影响企业经济效益,影响企业发展。文章首先分析了小企业经营管理的特殊问题及其后果,然后提出了具体的对策。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the non-state-owned enterprises continuing to grow and develop, SMEs have become an indispensable part of our country’s social economy. Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in promoting national economic development, increasing employment of personnel, stabilizing society and providing taxation for the country. However, the internal control of Chinese enterprises has always been a weak link in the operation and management of enterprises. In particular, the unfavorable internal control of small enterprises has caused a lot of losses to the enterprises. This state must change, otherwise it will affect the economic efficiency of enterprises, affecting the development of enterprises. The article first analyzes the special problems and consequences of the management of small enterprises, and then puts forward specific countermeasures.
