利用G1eeble-2000热模拟试验机研究了深海用DNV485管线钢在两阶段轧制变形后的连续冷却转变行为,借助热膨胀法和金相法建立了其连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,该管线钢在较低的冷速下会得到以铁素体(F)为主含有少量退化珠光体(P’)的高温相变产物,在较高的冷速下得到以粒状贝氏体为主混有少量板条贝氏体的中温相变产物。
The continuous cooling transformation behavior of deep sea DNV485 pipeline steel after two stage rolling deformation was studied by using G1eeble-2000 thermal simulation testing machine. The continuous cooling transformation curve was established by thermal expansion method and metallographic method. The results show that at low cooling rate, the pipeline steel can obtain high temperature transformation products containing ferrite (F) mainly containing a small amount of degenerate pearlite (P ’), and at higher cooling rate, Mainly mixed with a small amount of lath bainite phase transition temperature products.
