当代中国现代化的历程,其精神实质是理性回归的历程,即中国传统文化中的理性精神得以恢复和发扬的历程。理性回归的历程大致可以归结为五个方面:一是价值取向从理想主义转向现实主义,二是社会中轴从政治挂帅转向经济优先,三是价值主体从集体主义转向以人为本,四是社会规范从伦理本位转向契约本位,五是理性类型从价值理性转向目的理性。
