目的调查消防新兵新训过程中适应不良情况,为进行有效干预提供帮助。方法采用张理义、袁国桢等人研制的适应不良自评量表,采用随机整群抽样法,对192名消防新兵进行测试。结果 (1)192名新兵中适应不良者有31人,适应不良的阳性检出率为16.1%。主要表现为行为问题(n=19,9.9%)和人际关系(n=12,6.25%)。对不同年龄段、不同的受教育程度、是否独生子女、不同的生活环境的新兵进行数据比较,其适应不良的程度并无显著差异。结论消防新兵适应不良主要体现在行为问题和人际关系上,在对消防新兵的适应不良进行干预时,应重点考虑造成行为问题和人际关系不适应的原因。
Objective To investigate the maladjustment of fire recruits in the new training process and provide help for effective intervention. Methods Zhang Liyi, Yuan Guozhen and others developed adaptability of self-rating scale, using a random cluster sampling method, 192 fire recruits to be tested. Results (1) Among the 192 recruits, 31 were maladjusted, and the positive rate of maladjustment was 16.1%. Mainly for behavioral problems (n = 19,9.9%) and interpersonal relationships (n = 12,6.25%). There is no significant difference in the degree of maladaptation between the data comparisons of recruits with different age groups, different levels of education, whether or not only children, and different living environments. Conclusion Adaptation of fire recruits is mainly reflected in behavioral problems and interpersonal relationships. When intervening in maladjustment of fire recruits, it is necessary to consider the causes of behavior problems and interpersonal incompatibility.
