对240只小鼠的血清、肝脏、肌肉进行锌和锗含量的测定,抗氧化指标:SOD活性、MDA含量测定。观察结果表明微量元素锌与锗在小鼠血清中有一定的竞争作用。血清锌、锗与肌肉、肝脏锌、锗及SOD有一定的相关性。由于锌和锗含量的变化,小鼠抗氧化作用受到了影响,当二者联合应用时(两组加锌均80ppm,加锗分别为25、50ppm),SOD有不同程度增高,MDA含量随之下降,提示了锌与锗在小鼠抗氧化方面有一定的协同作用。
Serum, liver and muscle of 240 mice were assayed for zinc and germanium content. Antioxidant index: SOD activity and MDA content were measured. The results show that trace elements zinc and germanium in mouse serum have a certain competitive effect. Serum zinc, germanium and muscle, liver zinc, germanium and SOD have some relevance. Due to the change of zinc and germanium content, the anti-oxidation effect of mice was affected. When the combination of the two was used (80ppm of zinc plus 25 and 50ppm of germanium in each group), SOD increased to some extent, Decline, suggesting that zinc and germanium in mice have some synergy antioxidant effect.
