我库坐落于东北地区属中温带,在粮食储藏有很大的优势,但四季温度年变化幅度较大,导致粮温粮情也有很大的波动,给保粮工作造成了很大的挑战。近几年,我库一直致力于以低成本的原则安全保粮,借助通风在粮食储藏中的应用,在保持粮食品质不变的前提下,保证了粮情的基本稳定。结合在粮库工作期间的经验,文章对通风在粮食储藏中的应用及注意事项提出的一些看法。
