目的分析人体头颈部整体拉伸试验时颈椎软组织的拉伸伤。方法用X线机在试验的初始位置、拉伸力1000N、力-位移曲线上看出有损伤迹象和有明显损伤迹象四个时刻拍摄X线片,然后在X线片上测量椎骨间的位移。结果第3拍摄时刻椎骨间的拉伸率均值为:C1-C283.8%、C2-C375.5%、C3-C473.2%、C4-C566.0%、C5-C690.9%。第4拍摄时刻椎骨间的拉伸率均值为:C2-C375.6%、C3-C4104.9%、C4-C592.2%、C5-C6133.6%。结论X线片能有效地追踪颈椎的软组织损伤。如果用高速X线摄影机和计算机图像分析系统,测量结果的精度会更高,判断也会更准确
Objective To analyze the tensile injury of cervical soft tissue during the whole head and neck tensile test.
