我就自已30年余年的财会工作实践,谈点体会。一、要抓财会机构和队伍建设 1979年恢复工会独立管理经费后,为了尽快打开工作局面,我在恢复拨交工会经费,办理日常事务的同时,首先组建了市总财务部,并协助全市365个直属基层工会在两个月内建立了财务机构,还帮助县、区工会较好地完成了工会财务的组织建设和业务建设。自1980年以来,共举办七期财会人员学习班达850人次,有时自编教材,自己讲课。1989年组织600名工会财会人员参加财政部门举办的首届会计知识竞赛,组织800人参加工会系统财会专业知识竞赛,有效地提高了工会财会人员的专业技术水平和业务素质。在财会制度建设方面,组织制订和拟订了各项规章制度和财务管理办法,以及基层工会经费开支范
