靳尚靳尚,战国时楚国大臣。楚怀王时任上官大夫,当时屈原任怀王左徒,职位与之相当。靳尚嫉妒屈原才能,怀王命屈原制定国家法令,靳尚夺稿不得,反诬屈原借此居功自傲,致使怀王疏远屈原。怀王十六年(前313),秦欲攻齐,而齐国和楚国合纵友好。秦惠王于是派张仪到楚国,以割让商於(一作商于,又名於中、于口,在今河南淅川西南)之地六百里为诱饵,使楚国和齐国断交。楚和齐断
