目的了解深圳市民参与控烟的意愿,并探讨其影响因素,为进一步加强控烟工作提供依据。方法于2015年8月采用多阶段随机抽样方法在全市10个区抽取15个街道,30个社区,对1 867名居民进行拦截式问卷调查,问卷内容包括人口学特征、吸烟、二手烟接触及控烟条例知晓情况、对社会公共参与控烟监督的看法、参与控烟督导的意愿。采用SPSS 16.0软件进行χ~2检验、多因素logistic回归分析。结果深圳15岁及以上常住居民的吸烟率为23.25%,过去1个月内二手烟接触率为73.75%,知晓控烟条例的比例为65.61%,92.07%的市民支持公众参与控烟监督,65.77%的市民愿意参与控烟督导。多因素logistic回归分析显示,所在行政区、文化程度、职业、是否吸烟、控烟条例知晓情况是影响市民支持公众控烟督导的重要因素;所在行政区、职业、是否吸烟、控烟条例知晓情况是影响市民参与控烟督导的重要因素。结论深圳市民控烟积极性较高,政府应重点对居住在偏远行政区、吸烟者、不知晓控烟条例者及初中、高中等中等文化程度的居民加强宣传教育,提高人群参与控烟的意愿。
Objective To understand the willingness of Shenzhen residents to participate in tobacco control and to explore the influencing factors so as to provide evidences for further strengthening tobacco control. Methods In 2015 August 2015, a multi-stage random sampling method was used to collect 15 streets and 30 communities in 10 districts of the city. Interception questionnaires were conducted among 1 867 residents. The questionnaire included demographic characteristics, smoking, exposure to secondhand smoke and Tobacco Control Ordinance to know the situation, the public participation in tobacco control perspectives, the willingness to participate in tobacco control. SPSS 16.0 software was used forχ ~ 2 test, multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The smoking prevalence rate of residents aged 15 and over in Shenzhen was 23.25%. The contact rate of secondhand smoke was 73.75% in the past month, and 65.61% was aware of tobacco control regulations. 92.07% of the public supported public participation in tobacco control and 65.77% People are willing to participate in tobacco control. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the administrative area, education level, occupation, smoking status and tobacco control regulations were the important factors that affected citizens to support public supervision and control of tobacco use. An important factor in supervising. Conclusions Shenzhen residents are highly motivated to smoke. The government should focus on publicity and education among residents living in remote administrative regions, smokers, those who do not know the tobacco control regulations, middle school and high school students with medium cultural level, and increase their willingness to participate in tobacco control.
