针对目前除尘系统高消耗、低效率、高污染等问题。设计了基于西门子S7-200CPU226和触摸屏Smart 700的除尘系统,S7-200 CPU226和Smart 700分别作为系统的控制器和人机界面,通过采集到的现场压力信号来控制执行机构。详细阐述了该系统的设计原则、系统组成、软件设计以及PLC与触摸屏建立通信的问题。该除尘系统已投入运行,达到了操作简单、稳定性高和降低污染的预期效果,大大提高了工作效率。
For the current dust removal system, high consumption, low efficiency, high pollution and other issues. The design of a dust removal system based on Siemens S7-200CPU226 and touch screen Smart 700, S7-200 CPU226 and Smart 700 respectively as a system controller and man-machine interface, through the acquisition of the scene pressure signal to control the implementing agencies.
