近年来,高职院校发展较快,学生数量急剧增加。因此,作为学生思想政治教育第一线的辅导员的需求量也在随着增加。如何提高辅导员的质量和数量,是目前高职院校的紧迫任务,本文结合笔者近十年的辅导员工作经验,进行了相关的思考。
In recent years, the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, a sharp increase in the number of students. Therefore, as the first line of student ideological and political education counselors demand is also increasing. How to improve the quality and quantity of counselors is an urgent task of higher vocational colleges at present. Based on the author’s working experience of counselors for nearly ten years, this article conducts relevant thinking.
