随着我国高校教育体制改革的不断深化,高校办学自主权呈现出一种快速扩张的趋势。另外,由于高校办学规模的不断扩大、筹资渠道的多元化以及运营经费的不断增长等多方面问题,给现阶段的高校财务管理工作带来了巨大的挑战。高校财务工作为解决问题又该采取何种措施,实现资源的最优化配置,又该如何进行财务管理的改革,进而确保资金效益的最有效发挥,已成为现阶段高校财务管理人员迫切需要解决的课题。在新时期财政管理体制改革的基础上,分析了改革过程中存在的问题,并提出了一系列针对性强的建议和方法,希望为今后高校财务管理改革工作提供帮助。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of college education system in our country, the autonomy of running a school in a university shows a trend of rapid expansion. In addition, due to the continuous expansion of the scale of running a university, the diversification of financing channels and the continuous growth of operating expenses, many challenges have been posed to the financial management of colleges and universities at this stage. In order to solve the problem, how to take the best measures to solve the problem, how to realize the optimal allocation of resources, and how to reform the financial management so as to ensure the most effective use of the funds have become the urgent need to be solved by the financial managers at the present stage Question. Based on the reform of the financial management system in the new period, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the reform process and puts forward a series of highly targeted suggestions and methods in the hope of aiding the reform of financial management in colleges and universities in the future.
