中国仪器仪表学会仪表材料学会于1979年12月12日至16日在重庆市隆重召开首次学术交流暨成立大会。这是建国以来,在仪表材料学科领域的科技工作者第一次规模较大的聚会。出席这次会议的代表大多是这个领域的专家、教授、工程师。在学术交流中,他们各述己见,百花齐放,学术空气十分活跃。会议交流的论文有123篇,其中大会报告9篇,分组报告63篇。充分显示了仪表材料科技战线在粉碎“四人帮”以后,团结一致的欣欣向荣的景象。
Chinese Society for Instrumentation Instrumentation Materials Society December 12, 1979 to 16 in Chongqing held the first academic exchange and the inaugural meeting. This is the first large-scale gathering of scientists and technicians in the field of instrumentation materials since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Most of the delegates attending this conference are experts, professors and engineers in this field. In academic exchanges, they have given their opinions, flourished and the academic atmosphere is very active. There are 123 essays exchanged in the conference, including 9 reports of the conference and 63 sub-reports. It fully shows that the scientific and technological front of the instrumentation and materials united and thriving after the smashing of the “Gang of Four.”
