我国乳腺癌筛查任务主要由基层妇幼保健院、社区卫生服务中心和乡镇卫生院完成，这些单位的临床及影像诊断专业医师数量少且经验不足，会影响乳腺癌筛查的效果。国内外研究证实，人工智能技术可提高乳腺X光检查和乳腺超声检查的准确性和效率。故在我国积极推广人工智能技术应用于乳腺癌筛查工作中，解决基层单位医师数量和经验不足的问题，将是提高乳腺癌筛查效果的重要措施。“,”The task of breast cancer screening for women in China is mainly completed by Maternal and Child Health Care Hospitals, Community Health Service Centers and Township Health Centers. The number of clinical and imaging diagnosis professionals in these units is smaller and they are inexperienced, which will influence the effect of breast cancer screening. Studies both at home and abroad have proved that artificial intelligence technology can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the breast X-ray examination and breast ultrasound. As a result, in our country, using artificial intelligence technology in breast cancer screening work will be an important measure to improve the effect of breast cancer screening.
