Belinda Jones is the founder and owner of HiTech Marketing in Connecticut. For over a decade, Jones has written multiple articles and commentary on manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, CAD / CAM / CAE applications and other high-tech topics. She holds a degree in Fine Arts and Mechanical Engineering and has studied Arts and Culture in Europe. This article takes Hexagon as an example to show how it can benefit from leveraging lean thinking, lean thinking, lean implementation, and getting solutions to take advantage of improved seminars and integrating local supply chains into problem solving.
