患者女性,25岁,第一胎,末次月经1988年10月26日。孕早、中期无明显不适,孕30周出现双下肢浮肿。孕期血压120/80mmHg。于1989年7月18日下午3点突然出现头晕咳嗽,胸闷发憋,呕吐(为胃内容物)意识清。当即急诊入院。体格检查:体温36℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸28次/分,血压150/100mmHg。被动体位,神志清,心,肺正常。腹隆起孕足月腹型,宫底35cm,腹围102cm,胎位 RoA,胎心100次/分。双下肢明显浮
