用原位杂交法观察了培养海马神经元中BDNFmRNA的表达,得出与他人报道略有不同的结果:上述种经元经KA处理后,BDNFmRNA表达增高不仅可经非NMDA受体介导,而且可通过谷氨酸的释放再间接活化NMDA受体.
The in situ hybridization method was used to observe the expression of BDNF mRNA in cultured hippocampal neurons. The result was slightly different from that reported in others. After KA treatment, the increased BDNF mRNA expression was not only mediated by non-NMDA receptors, NMDA receptors can be indirectly activated by glutamate release.
