陈××女性75岁广西苍梧县人农民住院号25751 因双眼老年性成熟期白内障,于90年2月12日入院手术治疗。双眼视力光感,光定位准确,色觉正常。双眼睑、结膜、泪器均正常。角膜除有老年环外,余均正常。前房、虹膜、瞳孔无改变。点托吡卡胺散瞳,晶状体呈乳白色均匀混浊,无虹膜投影。眼底不能检查。眼压指测正常。血压140/82mmHg,发育正常,营养中等,神志清楚。两肺及心脏未发现异常。腹平软,无压痛,未触及肝脾。红细胞392万/mm~3,血红蛋白10.9g%,白细胞6900/mm~3,中性82%,淋巴球18%。出血时间1
