自1967年Pedersen首先提出冠醚以来经过各种学科科学家的努力研究,冠醚已渗透在有机、无机、生物等传统学科中且独立地发展成一门新的学科——冠醚化学。冠醚化学与各学科有密切关系,许多学者设计合成了各种冠醚,对冠醚的基本特性作了大量工作,并结合各学科付之于应用。至今已出版多种专著和刊登近两千余篇论文,其中多篇综述文章,而且还在与曰俱增。冠醚化学已开始与光度分析有密切关系,在光度法测定微量金属离子中,冠醚已显示它独特的选择性,亦将有引人的显眼发展。
Since Pedersen first proposed the crown ether in 1967, it has been studied hard by scientists of various disciplines. Crown ethers have penetrated into traditional disciplines such as organic, inorganic and biological and have independently developed into a new discipline, crown ether chemistry. Crown ether chemistry is closely related to various disciplines. Many scholars have designed and synthesized various crown ethers and made a great deal of work on the basic characteristics of crown ethers, combining them with the application of various disciplines. Has published a variety of monographs and published nearly two thousand papers, many articles, but also with each passing day. Crown ether chemistry has begun to have a close relationship with photometric analysis. In the determination of trace metal ions by photometry, crown ethers have shown their unique selectivity and will have dramatic, intriguing developments.
