陕西省防汛水情信息实时处理和预报系统,由陕西省水文总站和六三一研究所协作研制成功。1987年11月至1988年4月进行了试验性运行,于1988年4月底正式与西安市电信局转报机联网,同年5月1日投入试运行,5月至10月整个汛期共接收和处理水情电报32000份,自动形成了汛期的雨情、水情、沙情、水库、水文特征值等各种数据库;打印水情、雨情、报警等各种图表500余份,并进行了实时联机预报拍发电报,在防汛抗洪中起到了重要作用。该系统由2台微型机、2台打印机、1台绘图机、1对传真机以及相应的水情实时处理、洪水预报软件组成。通过电信部门来
