为观察用192Ir后装治疗脑胶质瘤间质内放疗的有效性及其并发症,用皮下荷瘤鼠和脑荷瘤鼠模型行间质内放疗实验,证明在内照射后可抑制肿瘤生长及延长鼠的生存期的可靠基础上,对72例脑胶质瘤采用192Ir后装机行瘤间质内近距离照射,取得良好疗效。手术无何严重并发症,无死亡。术后随访1~5年,生存率分别为92%、82%、72%、56%及32%,表明生存期显著延长。结论:脑深部胶质瘤用192Ir核素瘤间质内高剂量率照射可有效抑制肿瘤生长,控制复发,延长生存期是一种可供选择的有效的方法。
