目的探讨飞秒激光制作角膜瓣应用于临床准分子手术中的特点及优越性。方法对筛查的58例高曲率近视患者采用飞秒激光制瓣加常规LASIk准分子激光治疗,术后常规点眼及复查。结果术后3个月裸眼视力≥1.0者55例(110眼),占94.83%;3例(6眼)<1.0者,占5.17%。结论飞秒激光制作角膜瓣在准分子术中的应用明显地降低了手术的并发症,特别给高曲率等角膜变异大的患者带来了福音。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and superiority of femtosecond laser in making corneal flap for clinical excimer surgery. Methods Fifty-eight patients with high-curvature myopia were treated with femtosecond laser valve and conventional LASIk excimer laser. Conventional eyes and reexamination were performed. Results There were 55 eyes (110 eyes) with uncorrected visual acuity ≥1.0 at 3 months postoperatively, accounting for 94.83%; 3 eyes (6 eyes) <1.0, accounting for 5.17%. Conclusions The application of femtosecond laser to the corneal flap in the excimer technique significantly reduces the complications of the operation, especially for patients with high curvature and other corneal variation.
