掺稀抽油机井系统效率计算新方法与提高对策探讨

中国石化塔河采油二厂共有机采井530口,其中机抽井399口,占机采井总数的75.3%,但抽油机井整体系统效率平均仅为19.7%,平均吨液耗功达到14.1kW·h/t,且尚无系统的抽油机系统效率测试与计算方法,影响抽油机井系统效率的主要因素也不明确。在常规机抽井系统效率的计算方法基础上,考虑掺稀注入系统的影响以及掺稀井动液面确定这两个因素,研究出掺稀机抽井系统效率的计算方法,并指出影响系统效率的主要因素为动力驱动因素(抽油机电机)和杆柱因素(抽油杆柱),次要因素为注入系统因素(掺稀泵)和井下管柱因素(套管)。通过对38口掺稀井的系统效率计算,发现针对套压>0的油井,存在系统效率为负值的情况,对影响系统效率的因素进行分析后,将计算方法进行修正并验证其实用性。同时,提出使用节能电机、变频柜以及井下配套工具提高系统效率,现场试验结果表明,使用节能电机和变频柜,系统效率由18.1%提高到25.5%,使用井下配套工具,系统效率由17.4%提高到24.9%。 There are 530 organic wells in China Petrochemical No.2 Plant of Tahe Oilfield, of which 399 wells are drilled, accounting for 75.3% of the total number of wells in the well, but the overall system efficiency of pumping wells is only 19.7% on average, and the average power consumption per ton of liquid reaches 14.1 kW · h / t, and there is no systematic test and calculation method of pumping system efficiency. Through the calculation of the system efficiency of 38 spiked wells, it is found that the system efficiency is negative for the well with casing pressure> 0. After analyzing the factors affecting the system efficiency, the calculation method is revised and its practicability is verified . At the same time, it is proposed to improve the system efficiency by using energy-saving motors, frequency conversion cabinets and downhole tools. The field test results show that the system efficiency is increased from 18.1% to 25.5% using energy-saving motors and inverter cabinets, and the system efficiency is increased by 17.4% To 24.9%.
