IT运维服务管理与普通的系统维修、排除系统故障等工作不同,IT运维服务管理的核心价值在与为企业提供最优质的服务以及帮助企业实现精益化管理。随着计算机技术的快速发展,信息技术开始被各行各业广泛的运用,从简单的计算到初级办公,再到深入与企业应用系统的各方面,致使企业在日常的工作中对IT运维服务管理有着极大的依赖性,因此,企业对于IT运维服务管理的稳定性、安全性及可靠性有着越来越高的要求。据此,基于ITIL构建IT服务管理体系的现状做出简要的阐述,并对进一步优化企业IT的运维服务管理提出了一些建议。

Accordingly, based on ITIL to build IT service management system to make a brief description of the status quo, and to further optimize the enterprise IT O & M service management made some suggestions.
