去年又是我省劳动争议案件大幅上升的一年,而且难度加大。各级劳动争议处理机构积极有效预防和依法处理了大量劳动争议案件。全年共立案受理劳动争议案件6654件,比上年度增长56%,涉及职工24720人,比上年度增长6.3%,其中集体争议案件341件,涉及职工17990人,结案率为97.9%。基本上做到了有案必理,公正裁决,按期结案,切实维护争议当事人的合法权益。今年我省劳动争议处理工作除了日常工作外,还需要突出做好几个方面的工作。1、加大调解力度这几年在办案实践中,各地在调解方面作了大量工作,取得了明显效果。但是也存在着重仲裁轻调解的倾向。的确,有的
